Enrollment Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Open Enrollment Specialist to support our benefits team during the annual open enrollment period. This is a short-term contract opportunity from mid-October to early-November. An ideal opportunity for someone with prior HR, benefits, or customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding benefit options, enrollment processes, and deadlines Provide accurate and timely responses to benefit-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist employees with navigating enrollment systems and troubleshooting issues Review and verify enrollment data for accuracy and completeness Support the administration of health, dental, vision, retirement, and voluntary benefits Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times Help create or distribute open enrollment communications and materials Qualifications Licensed in Health & Life in home state required Previous experience in HR, benefits administration, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Comfortable working with HRIS systems and benefits platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines during peak periods Preferred Skills Familiarity with employee benefits (medical plans, FSA/HSA, 401(k), etc.) Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes Availability during standard business hours, with potential for overtime during peak enrollment deadlines Holmes Murphy & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
