Your Role at a Glance Schedule : 12‑hour shifts, rotating weekends Staffing Model : 4.5 Neonatologists providing 24/7 in‑house coverage 2.3 mid‑level providers covering NICU during the day 1.5 mid‑level providers covering the newborn nursery during daytime hours Responsibilities : Care for full‑term and late preterm infants in the newborn nursery Attend high‑risk deliveries Oversee daily responsibilities in the nursery Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based care About Wellington Regional Medical Center WRMC is a 233‑bed acute care hospital serving western Palm Beach County, offering advanced neonatal intensive care through a 25‑bed LevelIII NICU, with a focus on evidence‑based protocols, neonatologist‑attended high‑risk deliveries, and specialized care for 23‑30‑week premature infants.
