Weekend Hours: Every Other Weekend

Call Requirements: only if census is low

Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH

Years of Experience: 1 year PCU or stepdown

Patient Ratios: 1:5-6 for the Cardiac patients and 1:3-4 for PCU/stepdown population

Equipment: telemetry monitoring

EHR: Cerner

Supervisor: Calleigh Gomoll Manger and Cherlynn Erickson Director

Patient Population Cardiac population with trauma and stepdown level of care, Telemetry

Hiring Profile:

Must Have Skills/Experience: Cardiac patient populations, chest tubes, cardiac monitoring and cardiac drips, and cardiac stepdown populations

Preferred Skillset/Experience: PCU/ Stepdown patient populations, Low level ICU skills

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Chest pain, VATS, Stroke/TIA, Pre&Post Open Heart Surgery, Pacemakers, Heart Blocks, Vascular, CHF

Personality Fit: Teamwork is a must
