Our company has grown, and we are now seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the Eastside (Bellevue‑Kirkland Territory) client‑caregiver caseload located in our Northgate Office. At Fedelta Home Care, we provide exceptional in‑home care services that allow clients to live with dignity and independence. Our supervisors are the heart of our operations, ensuring the highest quality of care while empowering our caregivers to excel. What You'll Do Supervise and coordinate caregivers within the assigned caseload Schedule caregivers to meet client needs and coverage requirements Support caregiver recruitment in partnership with HR Conduct caregiver performance reviews and annual evaluations Complete client assessments and oversee new starts of care Address caregiver concerns, performance issues, and disciplinary actions Audit billing and caregiver time‑keeping for payroll accuracy Assist with caregiver orientation and training programs, partnering with HR Maintain accurate, timely client documentation Respond to client and family concerns and resolve issues Conduct home visits, check‑ins, and satisfaction surveys Complete incident reports within 24 hours and escalate as needed Participate in community outreach, marketing events, and partnerships Provide on‑call coverage for assigned caseload, including after‑hours support Compensation Salary: $75,000–$80,168 per year, depending on experience. It involves training, mentoring, and developing team members in new processes and workflows. Candidates must possess strong time‑management, strategic thinking, and critical thinking abilities. They must exercise discretion and decision‑making on matters of significance that impact business operations. The role demands working in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment, handling ambiguity, prioritizing appropriately, and adapting quickly to change. Candidates should maintain strict confidentiality of employee and proprietary company information. Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision, training, and coaching of assigned caregivers within the caseload. Escalated matters of significance are referred to Lead or Director. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred Previous experience in healthcare, home care, or human resources with an emphasis in regulatory compliance highly desired General understanding of WAC, RCW, Medicaid and Department of Health Audits strongly preferred but not required Any other related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations Valid driver's license, satisfactory driver abstracts, and proof of auto insurance required Successful completion of pre‑employment and ongoing background checks CNA, HCA, CCM, LSW or LMSW preferred but not required Computer Skills Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with or the technical aptitude to use health care programs is required.
