Competitive Pay: $34 - $38/hour+ credit for experience Reliable Schedule: This is a full-time position | Tuesday - Saturday, 8 am - 5:30 pm Supportive Team: We value our team members just as much as our residents Personalized Care: Drivenbyconnection and commitment Day to Day: Drive occupancy growth by managing inquiries, conducting tours, following up with prospects, and securing move-ins for our Assisted Livingcommunity. Build strong referral relationships and represent the community as a trusted senior housing resource through outreach, events, and market engagement. Execute sales and marketing plans and consistently meet activity and move-in goals using CRM tools to track leads and conversions. Partner with the Executive Director and community team to coordinate move-ins, communicate occupancy changes, and ensure excellent customer experience. Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations while supporting staff training and sales best practices.
