- Set up banquet rooms according to event orders and diagrams, including tables, chairs, linens
- Work closely with the banquet team to ensure timely completion of set-up tasks
- Respond to requests from event organizers and staff to make adjustments or additions to the set-up
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and equipment
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms after events, including removing furniture, equipment, and decorations
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager, Banquet Captain or Event Coordinator
- Have a high school education or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of sales experience in a restaurant or hotel operation

- Are a Team Player with a guest first attitude
- Have 1+ year Server experience
- Are 18 years of age (required for service of alcohol)
- Have a passion for great food and great fun
- Enjoy working in fast-paced environment
