You’ll play an active role in boosting confidence, staying current with industry trends, and fostering a welcoming shop environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized beauty experiences by providing tailored consultations and product recommendations. Demonstrate product expertise and share knowledge to empower clients. Stay ahead of trends, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, techniques, and industry developments. Drive results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store space, supporting inventory and merchandising. Foster inclusivity and teamwork, promoting a culture of openness. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience. Flexible Scheduling & Reliability Must meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours: Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week Flexible (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, holidays). Show punctuality and consistent attendance. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client‑focused environments with a demonstrated ability to provide excellent service. A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal‑oriented, inclusive environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Benefits Compensation: $19.80 – $22.90/hr, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
