Position Overview
• As a Senior Sales Executive your focus will be selling Complete Technology’s suite of products and services to small and medium-sized businesses in and around the Kansas City area. You will identify and cultivate new business opportunities by driving strategic conversations within organizations.
• This is a true hunter role. The successful candidate will be responsible for self-sourcing and developing their own sales pipeline through a combination of cold calling, email prospecting, networking, referrals, lunches, industry events, social selling and other outbound activities.
• Specific job duties will involve prospecting for new business opportunities and facilitating a sales process from start to finish, keeping notes up to date in our CRM, attending industry and company-sponsored events, networking within the Kansas City business community and more.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with C-level decision makers
• Consistently achieve/exceed sales quotas
• Self-driven, motivated and results oriented, hunter mentality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Must be willing and able to cold call customers to generate new business.
• Maximizes customer-facing activities with the ability to listen, understand and communicate solutions, utilizing effective discovery techniques to uncover sales opportunities
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, proficient in MS Office
• Must possess a high level of energy with a positive attitude
• Professional presentation required
• Ability to manage a sales process from initial prospecting through close while maintaining accurate and timely CRM activity
Other Nice to Haves 
• An established professional network in the Kansas City business community that can be leveraged for prospecting, introductions and networking opportunities

• Existing relationships with business owners, executives and/or C-level decision makers. 

• Experience selling technology, managed IT services or other similar – B2B solutions

• Experience successfully generating opportunities through networking, referrals, industry associations, events and other non-inbound sources 

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree 

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000 per year plus variable compensation potential
