S&N Group Real Estate is looking for a Lead Conversion Specialist to engage with potential buyers and sellers, qualify leads, and set appointments for our agents. This role focuses on consistent follow‑up, meaningful conversations, and helping clients take the next step with confidence. You’ll work with inbound leads, past inquiries, database contacts, open house leads, and online sources. Your success will come from strong communication, discipline, and follow‑through.
