Available openings include:

• One long-term substitute SLP position for the entire school year
• One long-term substitute SLP position from September 2 through November 20
• One full-time speech therapist role

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current or eligible New York state SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or ability to work as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Previous experience working with children in school settings is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services and interventions to students
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor and support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation according to school and state guidelines
• Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting therapy techniques to student needs
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and school-wide activities as a vital resource for student success
