Location: Plano, TX Duration: 12 Months Skills Safe Scrum Master
Description
Coordinated internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Significant experience in managing and delivering data project with a minimum of 3 successful past implementations
Ensure smooth project delivery and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Ability to client out detailed project plan, ensure adherence and ensure payment milestones are met
Provide guidance and manage the teams ensuring client satisfaction
Commanding experience on PowerPoint, Word and Excel to be able to dish out quick replies meeting customer demands and queries
Discuss with different stakeholders in the workshops to facilitate requirement gathering and setup timely sessions for risk mitigations
Have extensive knowledge on data domains like data governance, data migration, data quality and end to end testing processes
Ability to help and address resource concerns providing technical help
Extensive knowledge of developing data pipelines, ETL technologies, data ingestion and integration methods and techniques
Build and manage the end-to-end project plan, and monitor/report progress. Effectively manage scope and dependencies. Identify risks and issues and proactively resolve/mitigate them. Ensure that the project is delivered to time, cost and quality
Ensure that business outcomes are defined, approved, and delivered. Be responsible for benefits realisation, and ensure that benefits are delivered in the best way possible
Support strong governance, aligned with the overall governance, and ensure that timely decisions are taken.
Communicate regularly and effectively with project stakeholders
This role is focused on supporting the development team to successfully implement and embed an innovative new agile delivery methodology within Three's data and analytics function, in collaboration with the broader business.
Support the Delivery manager in the overall successful delivery of the projects
