Transformational Case Manager — Housing & Recovery Support

The Salvation Army Hope House is seeking a Case Manager in San Francisco to support adults in recovery within a 60-bed shelter. You will manage a caseload, conduct assessments, and develop individualized transition plans to move participants toward housing and treatment options. You will collaborate with partners, maintain records, and participate in trainings. A strong background in social services and bilingual Spanish abilities are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr The-Salvation-Arm
