Remote Regional Business Manager, DC/Baltimore

We are looking for a collaborative, self-driven Regional Business Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, driving and executing the commercial strategy within your defined territory. In this direct sales role you will develop deep customer relationships with a focus on Pharma and Biotech while also supporting Academic and Government accounts, establish the Seer technology for unbiased proteomics as the market leader, support the build out of Seer’s commercial organization and meet or exceed the commercial targets set for the company. This role will be field and home-office based. Develop a territory and account-based sales plan for the territory Deliver presentations on the Seer technology to customers in seminars and smaller meetings Consult customers on the value of Seer technology for deep, unbiased proteomics to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience Partner across the company to communicate the needs of customers to drive future product developments and market expansion Manage and drive the sales process within a complex sales environment Utilize, update and manage the CRM system Effectively manage and deliver an accurate forecast for the sales territory Drive prospecting and develop new leads in the region to expand the customer base and open up new markets Support the expansion of the commercial organization as needed to meet the company goals 5+ years or equivalent of proven life science capital equipment and consumables sales experience and success ~ Strong desire to build customer relationships for long term engagement ~ MBA or similar business degree desired Seer is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
