Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal. What You’ll Do Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, help educate other associates, communicate effectively, and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others. Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area, utilize digital tools, manage high exposure and expectations, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, guide peers, provide attention to customer needs, and assist customers according to company policies and procedures. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member’s experience, model high‑quality service and products, execute basics at highest level of quality, exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
