Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. They wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure members have fresh items to take home. They juggle several tasks while helping members with bakery orders. This role helps families have great meals. Key Responsibilities Prepare fresh food items daily following recipes and safety standards. Wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure freshness. Maintain temperature control and verify expiration dates. Keep shelves clean, dispose of lower quality food, and maintain a sanitized area. Handle claims, returns, and zone the area in accordance with company policies. Assist members with bakery orders and other customer needs. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate peers on tools and resources. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, including rotisserie machines. Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support inventory management. Drive performance of the area, manage waste, and ensure quality and date control standards. Represent the department and club, model high‑quality service, and exhibit energy and passion. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Experience with fresh food and food service preferred. Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) is preferred. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask, and adapt to change. Strong communication skills and customer‑service orientation. Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance.
