Print Finishing Associate - 2nd Shift

The Print Finishing Associate assists in all activities in our Bindery/Print Finishing Department to assemble a finished product, ensuring the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost, meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Available Shifts and Pay Rates:

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM. Pay: $20.00-$24.00/hr

What You'll Do:

• Get daily assignments from the Team Lead.
• Help produce accurate, high-quality products.
• Meet production quantity goals.
• Load products onto skids and prepare them for shipment.
• Label, tag, and move finished products to staging or shipping areas.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• Complete required paperwork accurately.
• Follow all safety rules and company procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience required. Printing or bindery experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to assist with bindery equipment, including cutters, stitchers, drills, grommets, and hand tools.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate basic work instructions.
• Able to stand, walk, and use hands throughout the shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs regularly.
