BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in North Little Rock, AR 72114 . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional community, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks with professionalism.

Position Details

Role: Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: North Little Rock, AR 72114
Pay: $18-$19hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Start Date: ASAP
Opportunity Type: Contract-to-Hire

Responsibilities

Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
Perform general maintenance tasks, including:
Basic plumbing repairs
Electrical troubleshooting
Appliance diagnostics and repair
Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep
Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation
Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements

Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and customer service skills
