HVAC TechnicianRevised Personnel Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support the maintenance operations of an apartment community. The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide quality service to residents.Position ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems throughout the apartment communityPerform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipmentRespond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional mannerTroubleshoot air conditioning and heating issuesInspect equipment and identify potential problems before they become major repairsPerform HVAC-related apartment turns and make-ready workMaintain accurate records of completed work and repairsAssist with general maintenance duties as neededFollow all safety procedures and community maintenance standardsProvide professional and courteous service to residents and property managementQualificationsPrevious HVAC experience, preferably in a multifamily/apartment environmentStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsKnowledge of residential HVAC systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a maintenance teamExcellent customer service and communication skillsReliable transportationAbility to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance dutiesEPA certification preferred/required based on position requirementsHVAC certification or relevant technical training preferredWe are looking for a dependable, experienced, and professional HVAC Technician who takes pride in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.Salary: $23 - $25 Schedule: Monday - Friday Location: Little Rock Employment Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Perm
