Product ManagerWe are seeking a strategic and user-focused Product Manager to join our growing healthcare SaaS team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in product management and a passion for improving healthcare through technology. You will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of digital products that serve healthcare providers, payers, and patients, ensuring they are compliant, scalable, and impactful. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and compliance teams to deliver solutions that meet market needs and regulatory standards. You'll own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, leveraging data, customer insights, and industry trends to inform decisions and prioritize features.Key ResponsibilitiesHealthcare Industry Knowledge & Regulatory AcumenStrategic Product ThinkingTechnical Proficiency & Integration AwarenessUser-Centric Design & Customer InsightCross-Functional Leadership & CommunicationRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field4-6 years of relevant work experienceProficiency in AI/ML technologies and data-driven product managementProven track record of launching and iteratively improving digital products.Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, compliance).Experience working in agile environments and managing product backlogs including systems like JIRA or Azure DevOps.Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Gainsight, etc).Ability to interpret healthcare data and use it to inform product strategy.Experience working with legal or compliance teams during product development.Travel up to 30% may be requiredOther Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:Familiarity with EHR systems, clinical workflows, or health data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).Exposure to HIPAA, GDPR, or other healthcare-related compliance frameworks.Master's degree or certifications in:Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, General Assembly)Healthcare Administration or Public HealthMBA with a focus on technology or healthcareCertifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMI-ACPFortive Corporation OverviewFortive's essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
