Meridian Health Services is seeking a full-time, day-shift Revenue Cycle Technician in Muncie , Indiana . This role supports accurate, timely dental billing and assists both patients and staff.

Schedule for this role will be Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7A-5P.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and apply patient payments
• Resolve payment discrepancies
• Handle credit card payments, credits, and account adjustments
• Manage payer aging and submit electronic/paper claims
• Verify demographics and insurance eligibility
• Provide financial counseling and review financial forms
• Contact clients to schedule payments
• Appeal denied claims and communicate with payers

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team-oriented, effective communicator
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Dental billing experience and/or education required
