Key Qualifications:

• Active EC Extended Content licensure
• Experience instructing students and managing IEPs in a school setting
• Familiarity with supporting students with diverse learning needs, particularly in early elementary grades
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive classroom environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide daily instruction tailored to individual education plans and developmental levels
• Continuously progress monitor student achievement and adapt instruction as needed
• Maintain and manage all IEP documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and families to ensure students receive comprehensive support
• Engage in professional development and team meetings as needed
