Key Qualifications:

• Current EC Extended Content licensure required
• Experience teaching or supporting students in special education, preferably in grades K-3
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Ability to individualize instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, daily instruction to a caseload of 5 students in grades K-3, utilizing evidence-based strategies tailored to their individual needs
• Develop, update, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring compliance with all regulations and student growth
• Regularly track and report student progress, making data-driven decisions to adapt instructional approaches
• Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster inclusive and positive learning environments
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards

Position Details:

• Full-time contract, 40 hours and 5 days per week
• Assignment to a single school site
• Start date as soon as possible, with interviews available daily for flexible scheduling
