As we continue to grow, we're looking for dedicated journeymen to join a team that values skill, safety, and a solid work ethic. *What You'll Do:* As a Journeyman Electrician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You'll also play a key role in mentoring apprentices and representing ECI on the job. *Your Responsibilities Will Include:* * Being dependable and able to work independently while staying aligned with project goals. * Driving to job sites and performing electrical assessments. * Installing, repairing, and maintaining wiring, lighting, panels, and electrical systems. * Reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics. * Using proper tools, materials, and techniques for each job. * Evaluating site conditions to determine the best installation or repair method. * Performing inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of electrical systems. * Communicating clearly with customers and answering technical questions. * Leading or mentoring apprentices when needed. * Following OSHA regulations, NEC standards, and local electrical codes. * Maintaining tools, equipment, and materials with care. * Staying on schedule and documenting work clearly. * xmcpwfu *What We're Looking For:* * Current Utah Journeyman Electrician License (required) * 4+ years of hands-on electrical experience * Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards * Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams * Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work *Schedule:* * Full-time * Monday to Friday * 10-hour shifts * Occasional overtime as needed *Compensation & Benefits:* * Competitive pay based on experience * Bonus opportunities * 401(k) with company match (up to 5%) * Health and dental insurance * Paid time off * Short-term disability * Tuition reimbursement for approved training or certifications * Voluntary life insurance *Why Join ECI?* Here, you'll find steady work, opportunities to grow, and a crew that takes pride in what we do.
