Quick Facts: Location: Atlantic City, NJ (with practice locations in Pomona & Atlantic City) Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (rotations for call, nights, and weekends) Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent (W-2) License/Certs: Board-Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine Experience: Prior MFM practice experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Competitive base salary of $650,000 annually Annual quality incentive bonus up to $25,000 Paid CME days and CME allowance ($4,500/year) Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000 Generous PTO (224 hours) plus NJ sick leave (40 hours) Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Pay package discussed upon application Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient care at clinics in Atlantic City and Pomona, NJ Rotate between outpatient locations and provide inpatient consults at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center’s childbirth unit Manage high-risk pregnancies and provide maternal-fetal consults Support remote monitoring of diabetic and hypotensive patients Collaborate with obstetricians and neonatologists, including in a Level III NICU Participate in rotating call coverage, including nights and weekends Utilize Cerner EMR and GE Viewpoint ultrasound reporting systems What You Need: Current licensure in New Jersey or eligible for licensure in NJ Board certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine Prior experience in high-risk obstetrics preferred Strong communication and team collaboration skills About the Assignment: This role is based at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for Childbirth, a state-of-the-art facility offering advanced technology and comprehensive perinatal services.
