Qualifications Here's What You Need: Nursing Diploma in Nursing required or Associate's degree in nursing required or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting required Experience in PCU, Stepdown, and Telemetry as a RN strongly preferred RN Registered Nurse upon hire required BCLS Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly upon hire required and ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire required and CPI Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days required A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
