Full Time: PM Shift

Part Time: Night Shift, PM Shift, and 4 hour PM Shift

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our skilled nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and compassion to our residents at Rivers Edge Nursing & Rehab in Muscoda, Wisconsin. Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals is passionate about delivering exceptional care and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist residents with mealtime and nutrition, including feeding and hydration

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff and charge nurses

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in resident-centered activities and programs

• Maintain accurate and timely records of care and services

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with ease

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and respectful approach to patient care
