Facilities Representative

Facilities Representative Location: Grand Prairie, TX Job ID: #72990 Pay Range: $75-88/hr 12 months Summary Provides support to facilities management on a variety of tasks. Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility. Prepares bid sheets for construction and facilities projects. Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs. Requirements Bachelors Architectural or Engineering Degree. Experience with Fitting Out Office Buildings. Experience with Construction of Industrial Buildings. Writing Scopes of Work, dealing with A&E Firms and Project Management.
