• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Patient Contact Hours: 36 hours per week
• Visits: Minimum of 2 visits per patient contact hour
• Patient Demographic: Family practice
• Call Requirements: None
• Hospital Privileges: Required
• Charting: To be completed during regular shifts
• Overtime: Not expected
