We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Conference Services Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of exceptional events and conferences. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life seamlessly from initial planning through to event completion. Your expertise in event management, client communication, and team leadership will drive memorable experiences that exceed expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in hospitality, negotiation, and project management within a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event planning or hospitality industry roles with a strong focus on conference or events management.

• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful upselling and contract negotiations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with familiarity with event management software and CRM systems.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional communication skills for effective client interaction and team leadership.

• Experience managing event budgets from initial planning through final reconciliation; adept at cost control and financial reporting.

• Knowledge of banquet operations, guest services, and hospitality standards is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.

• Technical proficiency in audiovisual equipment setup and troubleshooting is a plus.

• Hospitality industry experience combined with excellent customer service skills ensures memorable guest experiences.
