Maintenance Supervisor

Great Northern Appleton, 395 Stroebe Road, Appleton, Wisconsin, United States of America Position Summary Primarily responsible for supervising, creating, planning, and organizing the daily activities of the maintenance department and may be called on to assist in supervising other departments. Ensure that maintenance issues are efficiently and effectively addressed while ensuring safety rules and procedures are being followed by GNC Team Members and contractors. Administer the CMMS program and maintains responsibility in documentation, accuracy, and follow up. Pay/Schedule Negotiable based on experience The position requires a minimum of nine core work hours Monday - Friday, additional hours may be required, with the ability to work weekends and holidays. Required Experience Previous Maintenance Supervisory experience required Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills with a technical knowledge of production equipment both, mechanical and electrical.
