Assembly Technician 2

Assembly Technician position responsible for assembling medical devices according to specifications while meeting quality and productivity targets. Role involves operating production equipment, performing inspections, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with team members in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to work instructions and engineering prints
• Operate and set up production equipment and fixtures as needed
• Perform quality inspections on own work and others' work; conduct simple repairs
• Complete manufacturing documentation, submit material requests, and record measurements
• Maintain inventory accuracy of point-of-use materials and report shortages

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Proficiency reading, writing, and understanding English
• Basic mathematical skills including decimals and percentages
• Ability to work varying shifts and operate personal computers
• Clean room experience and ability to meet clean room standards
