We are currently looking for a qualified Service Advisor to join the Autosaver Group team. The Service Advisor creates a quality customer experience, increases service-lane traffic and improves overall service advocacy. They work with active prospects to procure appointments with maintenance-based appointment setting practices, provide information and perform effective follow-up and assist with maintaining existing relationships. Responsibilities Schedules service department appointments. Contacts no-shows to reschedule appointments. Follows up with customers after the appointments. Monitors customer satisfaction survey results and works with customers to maximize results. Handles service counter overflow.
