Reporting to the Associate Director, Student Services, the Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the academic affairs and student experience for two assigned cohorts of approximately 140 students on the Kellogg Miami campus. The Program Coordinator coordinates with the EMBA team and other cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure a smooth and rewarding experience for both faculty and cohort participants during class weekends. Please note: This role requires availability for two weekends per month, as well as some evenings. Occasional domestic and international travel as needed. Specific Responsibilities Administration Manages day‑to‑day operations of EMBA Miami cohorts as assigned. In collaboration with the Associate Director, coordinate student orientation, registration, student life, graduation, etc. Engage with cohort participants during class weekends to ensure delivery of world‑class educational experience. Collaborates with student committees to plan and execute student experience events. Compiles, distributes, and tracks communications including, but not limited to, weekly schedule emails, timely announcements, onboarding, event RSVPs, surveys, electives, and graduation. Manages design and development of program databases; compiles & analyzes data; prepares reports. Reviews processes and recommend changes for administrative components of EMBA Miami. Acts as liaison between administration, facilities, faculty and Kellogg IT to ensure technology systems support cohort needs by problem‑solving any issues that occur. Evaluation Coordinates the collection, analysis & reporting of required information for surveys, review documents, public information documents, etc. Manages the development and maintenance of evaluation processes including metrics and key performance indicators. Analyzes evaluation data from instructors, students, participants, etc. to assist in program development and updates. Reviews and analyzes outcome measurements and recommends changes and enhancements to improve program. Implements corrective actions required as a result of surveys or other indicators. Collaborates with internal/external partners to implement changes designed to improve/increase program goals. Events Coordinates programming, educational, student, alumni, workshops, meetings, etc. including speakers, agendas, etc. Responsible for large scale and/or complex events and activities including but not limited to, onboarding and orientation, Partners Weekend, elective programming, Global Network week, Graduation, speakers, and various other co‑curricular activities and events. Ensures that event details including communication, venues, presenters, travel arrangements, materials, refreshments and technology are arranged and completed in an appropriate and timely manner. Student Support & Academic Affairs Completes cohort logistical details such as scheduling, curriculum, facilities, technology, registration, enrollment, audits, etc. Partners with Academic Affairs and Course Support to ensure all books and cohort materials are available to students on campus and in the learning management system. Prepares academic course schedule, monitors course registration and enrollments. Advises students regarding admissions, academic, career and development matters. Counsels students regarding alternatives to course requirements. Tracks students through an advising system to support prospective and enrolled cohort participants. Organizes new student activities. Tracks data entry of grades into CAESAR, assuring faculty completes process by deadline. Gathers student data from various databases to ensure degree requirements are met. Miscellaneous Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Successful completion of a full 4‑year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience. 1 year program/project administration or other relevant experience. Minimum Competencies (Skills, knowledge, and abilities.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Knowledge of systems, web and internet. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills including the ability to work with students, faculty, and staff at all levels individually and as part of a collaborative team. Professional demeanor including tact and discretion. Understanding of academic culture and higher education program management. Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in higher education administration. Customer service‑oriented experience. Target hiring range for this position will be $56,000 - $59,500 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
