LADACIN provides educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays. This role is an essential part of our transdisciplinary team and focuses on supporting students' social, emotional, behavioral, and family needs. Responsibilities Case management and participation in intake and assessment processes Development and implementation of IEP goals and services Individual and family counseling Coordinating communication between home, school, and community resources Providing resources and support to families Preparing written reports and maintaining accurate documentation Supervising social work students as assigned Collaborating with administrators, teachers, therapists, and related service providers This position may involve moderate to strenuous physical activity including lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, and stooping.
