Location and Compensation Location: West Hills, CA (Onsite). Contract position. Pay: $26–$28/hr. Full‑time, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Job Summary A growing healthcare organization is hiring a Regulatory Data Analyst to support compliance, reporting, and cross‑functional data initiatives. Entry‑level candidate must be analytical, organized, and interested in healthcare data and regulatory work. Key Responsibilities Liaise with health‑plan partners and internal stakeholders. Support regulatory reporting and auditing requirements. Analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy, trends, and compliance. Perform documentation review and assist with contract/compliance tracking. Collaborate with Decision Support (Analytics), Medical Management & Case Management, Provider Relations, Marketing & Customer Service. Manage multiple assignments and prioritize deliverables effectively. Maintain accurate records while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Top Skills — Must Haves Excel skills – data entry, VLOOKUPs. Data analysis and reporting. Documentation review. Regulatory and compliance exposure. Contract tracking or management experience. Strong organization and multitasking. Excellent written and verbal communication. Nice‑To‑Have Skills Healthcare or health‑plan experience. Regulatory compliance experience. Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
