Data Analyst Specialist

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year

Requirements:

We require at least five years of relevant professional experience. We require an undergraduate degree or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience. We are looking for strong technical fluency in SQL and Tableau, with Tableau preferred. Experience in financial services and/or sales-focused organizations is preferred. Responsibilities:

We partner with internal stakeholders to understand business priorities, convert needs into analytical work, and guide projects through delivery. We design and deliver clear analyses, visualizations, and presentations that turn complex data into practical insights for business partners and senior leaders. We analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends and insights using advanced analytical techniques, and we review or validate methods used by other analysts. We maintain scalable data products by combining data from multiple sources to support analytics and reporting at scale. We ensure data accuracy and integrity through thorough validation, testing, and quality controls. We own recurring analytical outputs, dashboards, and reporting workflows.
