We manage and operate a warehouse facility providing pick and pack, sequencing, and inventory management support.**Responsibilities*** Analyze customer‐reported defects on inventory.* Monitor daily productivity, SOP compliance, KPI performance, and invoicing.* Interact with the customer daily to ensure clear communication and strong satisfaction.* Serve as a liaison between the company and the customer, building and maintaining positive relationships.* Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with SAP and EWM is beneficial.* Prepare reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies.* Investigate and resolve quality‐related issues in a timely and accurate manner.* Complete additional tasks assigned by the customer and/or Quality Supervisor.**Candidate Qualifications*** Experience in transportation, logistics, or a distribution‐center environment preferred.* Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.* Moderate proficiency with office‐based software.* Able to maintain a standard 40‐hour workweek while working a flexible schedule when needed.* Associate’s Degree preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
