Project management-Project Manager-Expert

The Data & AI Transformation Program Lead is responsible for steering the transformation overall, from defining the strategic trajectory to overseeing operational implementation.
Key responsibilities include managing the modernization and migration of legacy applications to the target platform-as well as their decommissioning-while ensuring business units adopt the new capabilities.
The role combines strategic, operational, and cross-functional dimensions with a strong emphasis on change management. Key responsibilities include:
1. Steering the transformation trajectory
Translate preliminary study findings into an operational roadmap.
Structure and prioritize various Data & AI workstreams.
Manage the schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Prepare decision-making inputs and handle reporting to governance bodies.
Ensure alignment with business objectives, IT, architecture, cybersecurity, and sovereignty requirements.




2. Managing application modernization and migration
Conduct or oversee detailed migration studies for existing applications.
Map applications, data, interfaces, dependencies, and usage patterns.
Build business cases and define migration waves and the associated roadmap.
Manage migrations to the target platform in coordination with technical and business teams.
Secure data migration, testing, cutover processes, and rollback plans.




3. Managing Data & AI use cases
Structure and prioritize the portfolio of use cases.
Support business units in identifying Data & AI opportunities.
Facilitate the transition from experimentation to industrialization.
Track business value and generated benefits.
Ensure consistency between new use cases and the target platform.
4. Drive change and adoption
Define and implement the change management strategy.
Identify impacts on business functions and users.
Lead communication, cultural adoption, and training initiatives.
Monitor the adoption of new solutions and manage resistance to change.
Ensure a successful transition when replacing legacy applications.




5. Manage governance and stakeholders
Establish and facilitate program governance bodies.
Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, architecture, cybersecurity, data, Engie Group teams, technology partners, and integrators.
Prepare materials for key decisions and facilitate the decision-making process.
Maintain continuous alignment between strategic vision, business objectives, and operational execution.
