JOB COMMENTS/REQUIREMENTS: Hospital-issued scrubs. 8 hour days, M-F. Must have 2-5 years OR experience. Call required. Rotating day off. DORA Registration (CO), NBSTSA/NCCT certification, and BLS required. Banner has a specific cover page. Please ensure candidates clearly

locations, shifts, and departments, the faster we can secure an offer!

Candidates
must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later

RTO must be on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO
during the first week of assignment

facility name(s), states, or all, if open to any facility in any state

All shifts the candidate is willing to work

All departments the candidate is experienced and willing to work
All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept.

RequirementDescription:

Must have a minimum of 24 months Certified Surgical Tech experience (with recent experience in last 12

Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI

RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of
