Sr. HR Generalist

Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department at Cyient, Inc. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various HR functions, contributing to a positive employee experience. Job Responsibilities: * Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting background checks, and scheduling orientation sessions.
* Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
* Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, or direct them to the appropriate HR specialist.
* Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
* Prepare and distribute various HR-related correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
* Maintain HR filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
* Coordinate HR-related meetings and events, including room bookings, agenda preparation, and minute taking.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures. Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is highly preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
* Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A strong customer service orientation with a proactive and helpful attitude.
* Knowledge of basic HR principles and best practices.
