Sr. Accounting Analyst page is loaded## Sr. Accounting Analystlocations: Lisle IL: Allen - TX - Test Towertime type: Na pełny etatposted on: Opublikowano dzisiajjob requisition id: R0660270• Uzgadnianie kont, księgowanie dokumentów, obliczanie rezerw na koniec miesiąca, wyliczanie amortyzacji oraz pełne i staranne prowadzenie księgi głównej zgodnie z zasadami księgowości i harmonogramami sprawozdań, tak aby zapewnić firmie kompletny i dokładny obraz stanu jej finansów. • Realizacja płatności dla dostawców, odbiór płatności odroczonych od klientów oraz uzgadnianie transakcji gotówkowych i kont bankowych zgodnie ze sprawozdaniami. • Gromadzenie, kompilowanie, weryfikowanie i analizowanie informacji finansowych oraz terminowe przygotowywanie sprawozdań finansowych i wyciągów księgowych w celu dostarczania kierownictwu wyższego szczebla dokładnych i aktualnych informacji na potrzeby podejmowania decyzji finansowych. • Udzielanie pomocy kontrolerowi finansowemu lub zewnętrznemu doradcy podatkowemu w przygotowywaniu deklaracji podatkowych (odnośnie podatku dochodowego, podatku VAT). • Udzielanie technicznych porad księgowych w obszarze specjalizacji kierownikom obszarów funkcjonalnych lub operacyjnych, aby pomóc im w opracowywaniu budżetów przychodów i wydatków, zrozumieniu sprawozdań finansowych oraz zarządzaniu obowiązkami związanymi z finansami. • Zwykle podlega kontrolerowi finansowemu. • Obowiązki głównego księgowego są identyczne jak w przypadku stanowiska księgowego, lecz obejmują wyższy poziom złożoności oraz niezależności. • Główny księgowy odpowiada również za szkolenie mniej doświadczonych pracowników działu księgowości i pomaga im w rozwiązywaniu problemów.W firmie KONE koncentrujemy się na budowaniu innowacyjnej kultury współpracy, w której cenimy wkład każdej osoby.
