Production Assistants / Machine Helpers
We are currently hiring production assistants / machine helpers to support production operations in a plastic manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for reliable individuals with a positive attitude who are eager to learn and grow in manufacturing. Candidates with basic manufacturing or machine operation experience are encouraged to apply. Extensive experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the production and packaging of plastic products
- Support machine operators during production runs
- Perform basic machine operation tasks as needed
- Inspect products for quality and defects
- Stack, label, and pack finished products
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company safety and production procedures
- Work closely with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- Basic manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Good attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
