We are looking for a dependable File Clerk to join our team in Willoughby, Ohio for a short-term Contract position. This onsite opportunity is ideal for someone who works carefully, handles sensitive records responsibly, and stays organized while managing document-heavy tasks. The role focuses on supporting a file digitization effort by reviewing, scanning, and filing confidential materials with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Sort and organize paper records to prepare them for scanning and long-term file storage.
• Review documents carefully to identify file types and ensure sensitive information is handled appropriately.
• Scan personnel and other administrative files into digital format using office scanning equipment.
• Maintain orderly electronic and paper filing systems so documents can be retrieved easily when needed.
• Verify scanned images for completeness, readability, and correct indexing before saving them.
• Work independently in an onsite office setting while meeting daily productivity expectations for the project.
• Store original documents properly after scanning to preserve record integrity and confidentiality.• Experience with paper filing, document scanning, or electronic file organization.
• Ability to manage confidential records with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to accurate document handling.
• Basic computer proficiency, including comfort with scanners, printers, and file management tools.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to stay focused while working independently.
• Availability to work onsite during standard weekday business hours.
• Capability to support a contract assignment lasting approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
