Driver PositionThe Staff Pad is partnering with a global leader in fine art logistics and looking to hire a dependable, experienced and skilled Driver responsible for the safe transportation, delivery, packing, and installation of high-value furniture and artwork at their Carbondale, CO location. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy leading in the field—this is a great opportunity to join a highly respected organization within the fine art logistics industry.Schedule: Full-Time (typically 40 hours per week) | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (based on operational needs) Occasional overtime, weekends, and travel up to 25%, including overnight and out-of-state assignmentsKey Responsibilities:Lead and relay all company, project and installation-related information with team membersProvide leadership and actively participate in team meetings focused on operations, planning and performance goalsPrepare, maintain and manage documentation including Condition Reports, BOLs, Supply Lists, ADV Forms, Invoices and Matrix SheetsTrack labor hours, tools and materials to support accurate job costing and invoicingTag, photograph, measure, inventory and consolidate items for secure storage and transportationMaintain the cleanliness, organization and operational readiness of trucks, equipment and installation kitsSafely and effectively operate all required tools, equipment and machineryTrain, mentor and cross-train team members on furniture and artwork handling, packing, moving, installation, safety and damage-prevention practicesEnsure all client property is handled and transported according to company standards and best practicesIdentify, troubleshoot and resolve challenges that arise during installations, relocations and packing projectsPartner with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions and resolve operational issuesAdhere to safe driving practices and maintain compliance with driver safety standardsReport damages immediately and complete all required documentation within 24 hoursDevelop and continuously expand expertise in furniture and artwork handling, packing, installation, shipping, crating, storage and transportationContribute to knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments to support organizational successAdditional Duties:Adhere to company dress code and always maintain a professional appearanceDemonstrate professionalism and patience with clientsUse time, materials, and resources efficiently & perform other duties as assignedWhat We Are Looking For:Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required2–3 years of commercial driving experience operating 16- to 26-foot straight trucksFamiliarity with fine art transportation and climate-controlled vehiclesExperience in moving, packing, delivery, installation, or a related fieldPrevious customer service experience preferredValid Driver's license with current proof of insurance requiredAdditional Skills & Attributes:Clean and acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)Ability to read, understand, and interpret documentsEffective verbal and written communication skillsBasic math proficiencyStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independentlyAbility to walk, bend, crouch, climb stairs, lift up to 100 lbs., and safely handle materials, equipment and tools with visual and manual precisionWhat You Can Expect:Work Environment:Exposure to moving mechanical parts, hazardous materials and equipmentRisk of electrical shock from use of powered toolsModerate to high noise levels in warehouse and operational settingsTravel between client locations, warehouses, and storage sites as neededSign-On Bonus Eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus: $250 after successfully completing the first 5 full working days $750 after 90 days of continuous employment Eligibility: Must remain actively employed through each payout date, maintain satisfactory performance, and have no NoCall/No Show occurrences during the first 90 days.If you are a dependable, safety-conscious professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and is committed to supporting daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply today!
