What This Role Actually Is (real talk) This is NOT a gym job. You will:
- Train clients in their homes (Daly City → Half Moon Bay corridor)
- Build long-term relationships
- Own a high-income route of clients
- Be part of a structured, high-performance system
- $40–$60/session base
- $500+ bonuses for 6-month renewals
- 2% commission on all other renewals
- Performance bonuses + session volume incentives
- Gas reimbursement
Territory You must be able to service:
- Daly City
- South San Francisco
- Pacifica
- Half Moon Bay
