Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm Outpatient - Staff Information: Psychologist and LCSW on staff
- Patient Information: 12-14 per day -1 hour with new patient visit AND 30 min with follow up visits
- Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)
-Names/numbers of 3 references
-U.S. Citizenship required
-Must have worked within the last 6 months - Pay Information: $200/hr. 1099 W-2 350k with benefits
No Holiday Pay or overtime rates - Privileging Details:

- MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu,
- Required certifications - BLS, ACLS
Fingerprints/background check is required - Board Certification Requirements: Certified/Eligible
