Job Description JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Otolaryngology • Job Type: Permanent • Location: Mountain Home, AR • Service Setting: Hospital/Outpatient Surgery Center • Coverage Type: Clinical Surgical • Coverage Period: Ongoing • Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday FACILITY INFORMATION • Current Practice Composition: 1 Otolaryngologist, 1 APP, and 1 Audiologist • Equipment: State-of-the-art equipment available • Surgical Facilities: Main OR and Outpatient Surgery Center available ​ PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Pediatric and Adult ENT patients • Patient Volume/Census: TBD • Admissions: Yes • Rounding: As needed • Case Mix: General Otolaryngology and ENT surgical cases COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base Salary: $460,000 plus production bonus opportunity • Commencement Bonus: $100,000 • Relocation assistance provided • Eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program • Retirement plan offered • Professional liability insurance provided • Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance included • PTO: 27 days plus 5 CME days • CME allowance and benefits included JOB REQUIREMENTS • Active Arkansas Medical License or eligibility required • BC/BE in Otolaryngology required • Active DEA required • Open to experienced physicians and new graduates • Interest in building and expanding a busy ENT practice preferred DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide comprehensive Otolaryngology care in clinic and surgical settings • Perform ENT surgical procedures in the Main OR and Outpatient Surgery Center • Diagnose and manage disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck • Collaborate with APPs, Audiologists, and multidisciplinary teams • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentationaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
