Experience 5+ Years of ServiceNow development experience with strong expertise in GRC/IRM implementations.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to design, develop, and enhance Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC development, scripting, and UI Builder, with the ability to develop scalable and user-friendly solutions that support enterprise risk and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC applications and workflows.
- Build modern user experiences using UI Builder and ServiceNow Workspace technologies.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Leverage Claude to accelerate ServiceNow GRC/IRM development, solution design, scripting, troubleshooting, and workflow automation.
- Configure and enhance Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and related GRC modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems using ServiceNow APIs and integration frameworks.
- Perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and configuration guides.
- Support deployment, upgrades, and production releases.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM development.
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting and custom application development.
- Experience with UI Builder and Workspace development.
- Experience using Claude for ServiceNow development, scripting, workflow automation, troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
