Job Summary

Preparing food according to spec in a timely fashion
Adhere to safety and sanitation

Responsibilities

Plate presentation and spec standards upheld
Maintains a clean work environment
Knows the menu
Follows a recipe
Performs daily cleaning lists
Follows proper product rotation and labeling
Follows all health codes

Qualifications

Can lift 20 pounds
Demonstrates Teamwork
1 plus years experience in cooking
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
