Senior Business AnalystChicago (Headquarters)As a Senior Business Analyst on DMC's Digital Workplace Solutions team, you'll help clients streamline operations with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. This consulting-focused role blends business analysis, project management, low-code development, and pre-sales work to design and deliver tailored solutions.DMC is a leading engineering consulting firm, delivering high-caliber engineering and custom software development services globally. We prioritize technical excellence and cultivate a collaborative environment for independent and team-based work, reflecting our commitment to professional growth and providing forward-thinking solutions to clients.ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients to provide updates and scope new business opportunitiesAnalyze business operations, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvementsCreate system specs, workflow diagrams, and user requirementsSupport testing, troubleshooting, and implementationRequirements4+ years of relevant experienceBachelor's degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, or related field (GPA 3.4+)Strong consulting, client relationship, and technical communication skillsUnderstanding of core business systems and data (e.g., ERP, CRM, data models, etc.)Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsExperience with SharePoint, Power Platform (BI, Automate, Apps), and/or custom software, including low-code development (configuring and customizing platforms)Ability to implement low code solutionsPre-sales experience (answering sales calls, managing/documenting leads)Self-motivated and independently drives projectsDesigns solutions with business goals in mindApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Compensation is based on relevant experience, industry and location standards.Salary Range$110,000 - $135,000 USD
